One memory layer across Claude Code, Codex and Hermes. Shared through Obsidian, fast, structured, survives sessions and agents without hitting token limits. Each agent can pick up where another left off.

Honesty over agreement

Agents are configured to push back, flag weak assumptions and report partial failure — instead of defaulting to "sounds good." A task-completion protocol enforces honest status over polite confirmation.

High-agency agents

Agents act and decide inside defined boundaries — scoped permissions, reviewable diffs, pre-commit gates. Tobias knows when to let them run and when to step in.

Hardened multi-agent setup

Prompt-injection scanners on commits, isolated VPS for the autonomous agent, separate memory scopes. Shared repos are treated as untrusted input until verified.
